After that he was a youth pastor for 5 years in North Carolina (USA) and then came back to Brazil to start a Missionary Project inside of the universities, which was called, Dunamis. He has traveled all over Brazil and to more than 30 different nations preaching the love of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit. He is also known for teaching and stewarding leaders to establish the Kingdom of God in our society. Teo is a writer, speaker, senior pastor at Igreja Monte Sião (BRA) and also holds a degree in Psychology and Theology from Liberty University (USA). Nowadays he lives in São Paulo with his wife, Junia Hayashi and kids Zach and Koa.
